We did a two night stay because of flight transfers and it was an excellent choice. There is a bus pick up from the terminal you just phone to let them know you are there and on the way back you need to book the bus back. The room was clean comfortable and well equipped with a very nice and good value restaurant on site and all the staff were lovely and helpful. There are also some other eateries within a minute of the building including a supermarket and a tube into the city is a four minute walk so it ticked all the boxes

This hotel is not just convenient to the Barajas hotel. It is also easy walking distance to several beautiful parks and green areas along with being near several very good restaurants, a pharmacy and food store. So if your scheduling permits, you can relax and prepare for the next phase of your journey. The hotel provides free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel with convenient scheduling. The staff is both attentive and helpful making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms are ample and well laid out with some of the most comfortable beds we have experienced. The breakfast buffet is complete - eggs, meats, fruits, cereals, yougurts, breads, cheeses, juices, coffee and more. Clean environment and attentive staff. The restaurant also has a very nice assortment of dishes, a little something for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again for any of our travels out of Madrid by air. Easy taxi from Chamartin train station. From Atocha station you can take the metro to the airport and utilize the hotel shuttle or a taxi for the short ride to the hotel.

Nice and clean standard room, large and comfortable bed, fairly new facilities, location has some restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient. Shuttle service was available for free every 45 minutes or so, i used the one from the hotel to the airport and it arrived in good time.

Clean place to sleep one night if you need to go to the airport quick. They have a bus service that goes to the airport every hour and that’s great. Rooms are small. Breakfast is ok, they have everything you need to stay near the airport if that’s what you are looking for
